• Restaurant Owners: Manage menus, orders, and settings
• Super Admin: Manage multiple restaurants and platform settings

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Ordering and Payments

4.1 Order Placement

When you place an order through RestroBot, you agree to pay the prices displayed, including applicable taxes. Orders are confirmed when accepted by the restaurant.

4.2 Payment

Payment is processed directly at the restaurant. RestroBot does not process payments but facilitates order communication.

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual restaurants. Please contact the restaurant directly for order modifications or cancellations.

5. Restaurant Partner Obligations

Restaurant partners using RestroBot agree to:

• Provide accurate menu information and pricing
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Maintain food safety and quality standards
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Keep their WhatsApp Business API credentials secure

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Use automated systems to access the service without authorization
• Harvest or collect user data without consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RestroBot are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. WhatsApp Integration

Our service integrates with WhatsApp Business API. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for WhatsApp's availability or functionality.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

RestroBot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
